3. Detangle with a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots
4. Leave on for 2 to 5 minutes — or up to 10 minutes for very dry ends
5. Rinse with lukewarm water, finish with a cold water rinse to seal in hydration and shine
