  • Gentle evening cleansing: make-up remover + cleanser with physiological pH to preserve the barrier.
  • Intelligent layering: hydrating lotion or mist, then serum, then night cream (from lightest to richest).
  • Adapt texture: light for combination/oily skin, richer for dry or dehydrated skin.
  • Introduce active ingredients gradually: retinoids/Acids 2–3 nights a week, then increase according to tolerance.
  • Soothe and repair: panthenol, allantoin, centella to calm sensitivities and support recovery.
